Can I play guitar if I have small hands?

Definitely! Lots of people with small hands play guitar amazingly – even some legends like Angus Young of AC/DC and Nancy Wilson of Heart.

You might be tempted to buy a mini guitar, or a half or ¾ size, and while those might feel a little bit more comfortable at first, mini guitars often have issues with tuning stability.

For that reason I recommend you stick with a standard size guitar. More than likely, it’ll stop feeling ‘too big’ once you get a handle on your technique and do some of the drills I show you in the Beginner to Kickass course.
