How long until I can jam with my buddies or play with a band?

Everyone learns guitar at a different speed, so there's no one answer to this question.

In the first few modules, I’ll give you some suggestions for basic jamming, so you can get playing as fast as possible.

By the end of the course, you’ll be ready for solid, confident jamming at the beginner-ish level, and will have the skills you need to join a band, play at church, or jam with a friend. 

You can complete Beginner to Kickass in as little as a month, or as long as 6 months, depending on the practice schedule you choose for yourself.
